These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and SARVAGNANEE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. operating as gnanee.dev("gnanee", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing, or otherwise using our website, platform, or services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
gnanee is a hiring-intelligence platform. We analyse professional information available through official third-party APIs and public sources, infer skill signals, build ranked evidence-based profiles, and make them available to Clients through three models:
Specific features, limits and prices for each model are described at purchase or in an order form and are incorporated into these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes, in compliance with applicable anti-discrimination, employment, data-protection and anti-spam laws, and not to re-sell, bulk-export, or build a competing dataset from the Services. You must honour any opt-out or deletion request communicated to you regarding a candidate.
You alone make hiring decisions. gnanee provides information and rankings to assist your evaluation; we do not guarantee any candidate's suitability, availability, honesty, performance, or that any hire will be made or retained. You are responsible for your own interviews, assessments, background/reference checks where lawful, offer decisions and compliance with employment law.
Profiles and rankings are generated in part by automated analysis of data that may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Rankings are indicative signals to assist human recruiters — not verified facts, endorsements, or automated hiring decisions. You must independently verify information before relying on it and must not use our rankings as the sole basis for any decision producing legal or similarly significant effects on an individual where prohibited by law.
We and our licensors own the Services, including the platform, software, rankings, aggregated data and related IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your internal recruitment during your paid term. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative datasets or works except as expressly permitted. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is legally required.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify and hold gnanee harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your hiring decisions, your misuse of candidate data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of candidate data. You may stop using the Services at any time; cancellation and its billing effects are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / CITY, COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [GOVERNING LAW / CITY, COUNTRY] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
